An Excellent Countdown Timer app for iPhone and iPad

This is a countdown timer, designed specifically for public speakers and assemblies, and designed from Day One to be incredibly useful; giving you the ability to create an arbitrary number of preset timers that can be triggered easily, and controlled by gestures.

This app has been designed to specifically simulate a "retro" "fluorescent" digital display. This type of display was very popular in the 1970s and 1980s.

The "Classic LED" display is HUGE. Easily visible across a room, without any distractions.

It also features "Podium Mode," a simple display of 3 "traffic lights," like those used in debates. This design was created to eliminate distractions. There are no "moving parts" in Podium Mode; just the three lights.

Each timer can have its own characteristics, such as color, display mode and alarm, which can be set and adjusted individually, but are always ready to go at the touch of a button.

The app lets you set up a number of "preset" timers that can be accessed and triggered quickly. This avoids the annoyance of having to set up a timer each time that you use it, or having to readjust a timer when you have more than one timespan to measure (For example, a 2-minute warning can actually be a second preset 2 minute timer -no need to change the main timer).
